Words of Wisdom from Micky’s Mom
[The following was dictated to Micky before she passed away in 2022.]

I wonder how many times people give up just before a breakthrough, on the very brink of success. … No matter what, get with God and decide what your goal needs to be and what is worth putting your energy into.
And do you ever feel like an eagle in the chicken yard? You know there is much more within you than you are experiencing and expressing in your life right now. If God removed all fear, we would never grow and overcome obstacles. When we are truly confident and secure, we can become complacent.
The opinions of others cannot control us. If you could be perfect, you wouldn’t need Jesus. When you are not exactly where you want to be, remind yourself that neither are you where you used to be. Change is a fact of life, and the more we fear and resist it the more we are resisting God. Progress has a price and becoming a person who never gives up, that’ll cost you.
Everything God ever asks you to do, even if it is difficult, He asks because He has something great in mind for you. He is the truth of all. Our salvation by the suffering in which He paid all our dues on the cross so that each and every one of our sins has been washed away to save us … so that we can see the kingdom of heaven and sit at the right hand of the Father forevermore.
